Over 100 years ago, Our Lady appeared over the course of 5 month to some children at Fatima, Portugal.
That’s the story, but like many others I have mixed feelings about it. There’s different stories, and people read many different things into the events.
Maybe even that there was no miracle at all.
At the end of the day, it’s not what is truly important.
The Blessed Mother always points us to her Son. To faith, to holiness, to hope. And that’s what’s important here.
In a way, I think we may be meant to struggle with the ambiguity. We’re so reliant on evidence and proof that we lose sight of having faith.
Whether or not the miracles of Fatima are what we’ve been told, it’s time to get back to Jesus, our Christ. To God, to Love, to the Trinity.
