On Holy Thursday we focus on the Last Supper. We do that at every Mass, of course – it’s the source and summit of our faith!
But this year, of course, is special. And painful.
Because we can’t be with our Lord physically.
We know that our God is always with us. Even when we’re disrupted, sick, lost. Which we are this year.
Yes, I’ve been watching livestreamed Masses. I’m so grateful that we have the technology.
But, you know, sometimes you need a real hug.
I miss being able to physically be with my Lord today.
