Mourning and weeping

How long, O LORD?  I cry for help
 but you do not listen!

Hab 1:2

I have times of despair, sadness, depression.

This is when I call on the strength of God, His saints and angels to help me regain perspective. And hope.

I’m proud; I’d like to think that I can control my situation and my future. But of course that’s an illusion.

My strength and hope come from God alone. He’s always listening.

But am I listening myself?
